If it has to do with performance in the boardroom, look no further. I am passionate about supporting leaders as they take their place in the boardroom and thrive there.
I’ve spent 10 years reporting to and serving on corporate and non-profit boards. Along the way, I developed the tools and skills one needs to land a new board seat, understand new organizations quickly, and master the hard work directors do.
Today I share my governance toolbox with bright leaders looking to do the same. Through my flagship program, The Boardroom Blueprint, I give directors practical, actionable guidance to help them build their careers as directors and add measurable value to the organizations they serve.
